Shipping FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do ship worldwide excluding all 27 member states of the EU which are;

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.


How long does my order take to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your orders within 3-5 days and UK orders should arrive within 2-5 days. International orders can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Where is my package? Where is my tracking number?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard shipping which does not offer tracking.
You will receive an email notifying when your order is on it's way! If you do not receive your package in the expected delivery window, contact your local post office and they should be able to assist you.

Please Note: Some countries outside of the UK charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
