If your item arrives damaged, please make sure you have photographic evidence with time stamps and contact us as soon as possible.

The little journal company is based in the UK. Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to to import fees and handling charges. These charges must be paid by the receiver.

If orders are returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, the order will either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or reshipped at the buyer's expense if they purchase another item.
